The fake web traffic which was already causing problems for the marketing websites is now joined by the bit in creating even more problems. The shocking fact is that almost one third of the web traffic that most websites get is false. It is not the genuine customers who are the reason behind this traffic, this is creating problems for the marketing websites as they do not know that whether they are paying the publishing website money for the genuine traffic or the entire system is fraud and they are paying for the fake traffic the publishers are showing them. Now all the marketing websites are looking for an answer to solve this problem once in for all.

Web traffic

These days the website publishers are not only fooling their advertisers with fake web traffic but they also started using the bots service. The problems with these bots are that they can perform exactly like a human does on the internet. They can post comments, asks questions. It is really hard for the publishers to identify them. But not all bots are bad; some of these bots actually do identify the new customers and agents and give the websites genuine information. Even many online banking services are now depending on these bots.

Bots are creating problems for major internet players like Google too. So many websites are now working towards to block the bad bots. This can be achieved by blocking their IP address, but the thing is it is still an ongoing process and it will take a lot of time to resolve the matter completely, one of the biggest challenge of the market websites these days is to conquer the bots problem.

Here is a hope that with the advancement of technology one day the fake web traffic problem will be solved for good.
