As you all know, D Conference is happening right now and most of the latest tech breaking updates are coming out from AllThingsD operated D Conference. Tim Cook is on stage, and bashing media blog trolls with tricky answers. Tim Cook has just revealed his point of view about the upcoming Google’s mainstream product, Google Glass.
Tim Cook appears to be not a Google Fan, like Steve Jobs, and he is also not interested in Google Glass. During the D Conference, Tim Cook said that he believes that Google Glass is not a mainstream wearable computer product because itself he wears glasses and he don’t find anybody in his close circle who likes to wear glasses without any work. However, he showed his great interest towards the wrist wearable computers, more clearly hinting at the long rumored iWatch product.
Apple has been rumored several times in the past for being involved in the production of wearable computer, such as iWatch that allow Apple’s to bring another revolution in the market. Apple is not alone in the game, even Samsung and Google also jumped in this product business. Tim Cook on stage revealing several facts about the Google Glass, and why people will not like to wear it in public places but something cool at their wrist.
It is really interesting to see that how Tim Cook is trolling the media with his clear intentions towards the Apple wearable computers / gadgets. iWatch is believed to be sporting several iconic features, but no one is yet to leak the accurate information about the product launch.
While true not everyone will like to wear glasses, a lot of people wear sunglasses and or prescribed glasses. With Google launching there own set initially, I can see the technology crossing over into these other markets. People who wear glasses already would only need to do what they always do without the need for any additions. The same goes for sun glass wearers. out and about. I do like the watch ideas that Sony, Samsung and Pebble have now and look forward to getting something at some point. Apple will not be involved in the decision though due to constantly being behind on the technology front and forcing you to use everthing Apple based.
