There is no short of creative iOS jailbreak tweaks in Cydia for iPhone and iPad users. Some aims at improving the overall experience of users with iOS, and some aim at providing something extra that was hidden or limited for general public users. PassDial is an interesting tweak for iOS users who looks for some interesting speed dial functions on their iPhone devices.
PassDial lets you make call from the lock-screen of your iPhone using specific passcode combinations on your iPhone. It is a highly addicted tweak and interesting for many to use. Personally, I have been using it since beta testing and so far loved the experience of speed dialling phone number from the lock-screen menu.
Once you installed PassDial on your iPhone, you will get a separate option menu in Settings application to define your custom passcode combinations for calling a specific phone number right from your iPhone’s lock-screen. PassDial allow you to customise the functionality of tweak according to your needs. However, keep in mind that PassDial comes in two flavours; we are currently using the free version to illustrate how it works in real time.
In free version of PassDial, you get three slots or three configurable passcode combinations that can be used to speed dial phone numbers from the lock-screen of your iOS device.
In my experience with both paid and free version of PassDial, I really enjoyed the simplicity and quick response of the tweak on my iPhone. It protects me from revealing my passcode in front of everyone to call my favorites or anyone close in my social circle.
The PassDial Pro is available in BigBoss Repository for $2.00, but you can also download the lite version of PassDial for free of cost on your iPhone.
