Microsoft is reportedly looking for Windows 8 Application. Microsoft has already asked Apple to launch iTunes application for Windows 8, and to let Windows users enjoy the iTunes glorious services under Windows 8 application windows. Apple appears to be not interested in helping out Microsoft in this pool with an extra development of iTunes for Windows 8, in Microsoft Windows 8 frame.
The report comes from CNN Money that Microsoft has already welcomed Apple to come and rescue their Windows 8 users with an iTunes Windows 8 application. The Cupertino Company is looking forward to produce the Windows 8 iTunes application – something that we have learned from Microsoft CFO Tami Reller. He explains that Microsoft has ‘laid out the welcome mat’ for Apple, and Windows 8 users will be soon getting Windows 8 iTunes application.
You shouldn’t expect an iTunes app on Windows 8 any time soon. iTunes is in high demand. The welcome mat has been laid out. It’s not for lack of trying.
While it is merit mentioning here that iTunes in desktop environment works great at Windows 8, but for the users with Windows RT on Surface are left without iTunes application. Windows 8 users can still download iTunes from official website to use in desktop environment. Windows RT users are left without iTunes, while Windows 8 Pro can utilize the iTunes functionality on their devices. But do you really think that current iTunes layout is optimal to use it on touch-screen?
The Verge reports that their sources have confirmed that iTunes is one of the top most searched terms in Microsoft Store for Windows 8 users. Users are looking out to download iTunes application for Windows 8 via Microsoft Store.
