Nowadays, when it comes to buying an entry level smartphone, you have way more options than you can imagines, but the problem is that if you want something with a bit of processing power under the hood, it won’t come out cheap.
Still, for those of you with a budget of about $100, there’s an option called Xolo Q510s. Honestly, this is the first time we’re hearing about this brand, but it definitely won’t be the last.
So, what does this phone offer for a price tag of $105? Under the 4″ WVGA IPS display, surrounded by a metallic frame, we can find a quad-core MediaTek chipset, with a quad-core Cortex A7 CPU, clocked at 1.3 GHz, alongside 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, expandable using a microSD card.
All these seem just enough to run Android 4.4 KitKat smoothly, while the 5 MP rear camera allows you to shoot 1080p videos. The VGA front camera completes the set.
The Xolo Q510s is powered by a 1500 mAh battery, which, even though it sounds…small, it should provide enough power for a day, considering the not-so-demanding hardware.
No details about the release date were given, but we’re pretty sure that the we’re going to hear about the Xolo Q510s, mostly due to it’s very pocket friendly price.
