With lots of people trying to install latest iOS 7 beta 1 on their iPhone devices, we have figured out that the majority of users is getting stuck at different points due to improper knowledge of installing a beta software on iPhone device. Installation of iOS 7 beta 1 is pretty easy for many, but as we all know many of you are not aware of the process where you guys have to register your UDID device before running a testing beta on the device.

Apple has made the process pretty tough for everyone in the market, and restricts the access to iOS 7 beta 1 files for developers only. We have already shared a method to install iOS 7 beta 1 without any UDID registration with our provided iOS 7 beta 1 download links. We are offering the downloading service for latest iOS 7 betas since WWDC 2013 Keynote morning, and organized a special hub to offer “Download iOS 7 Beta 1”.

However, if you are not anymore in mood to install iOS 7 beta 1 on your device, or somehow stuck at with the message where iTunes or iPhone says that your device is not registered with developer program, then you can downgrade your device to iOS 6.1.3 (on iPhone 4 / iPhone 4S) while on iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.4. I can confirm that downgrade is possible from iOS 7 beta 1 to any latest publicly released iOS version. Apple has mentioned in its iOS Dev Center that developers can downgrade their device without any trouble.

How To Downgrade Running iOS 7 Beta 1 To iOS 6.1.3 / iOS 6.1.4

Step 1: Download latest iOS 6.1.3 for iPhone 4 / 4S or iOS 6.1.4 for iPhone 5 on your desktop.

Step 2: Open latest iTunes on your desktop, and access the device you want to downgrade, and Option+click (shift+click in Windows) on the Restore button.

Step 3: Now point the earlier downloaded iOS 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.4 IPSW file to begin restore process.

Step 4: That’s all, iTunes will automatically downgrade your device.

How To Downgrade iOS 7 Beta 1 To iOS 6.1.3 (If iPhone Is Stuck at Developer Registration Message)

In case, if you are stuck at black window on your iPhone or iTunes where it says you that your device is not registered with Apple’s developer program, or it cannot verify the update for your iPhone. You can simply use alternative methods to make it work on your device.

There are several ways to downgrade iOS 7 beta 1 to current iOS 6.1.4 or 6.1.3. Some people are achieving the goal using Restore Mode, and some are using DFU mode. If you are encountering an error with TinyUmbrella (Restore Mode) method, then you can easily put your device into DFU mode and connect with iTunes to restore it.

Step 1: Download latest TinyUmbrella for Windows or Mac OS / Ignore this step, if you are going with DFU mode.

Step 2: Download iOS 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.4 for your iPhone on desktop.

Step 3: Now connect your device, and put it in Recovery Mode using TinyUmbrella. / Enter Your Device Into DFU Mode.

Step 4: Once your device gets in a recovery mode, you can again use iTunes to point earlier downloaded iOS 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.4 firmware to downgrade.

Note: In any case, iTunes stop recognizing your device on desktop. You can easily put it in Recovery Mode, and can downgrade to most stable and publicly released iOS 6.1.3 or iOS 6.1.4.

I have saved the shsh on tinyumbrella when my ITunes began asking me to register the device on the IPhone Developer Program. However the IPhone is not accepting the recovery request. How do I fix this?

this has been a nightmare for me as well…. i ended up going into recovery mode by holding both keys down for 10 seconds, then let go of the home button but hold down the top button for 8 seconds…. connect it to itunes and restore back to ios 6… Ill just wait on the new upgrade rather than have a non working device…. this is ridiculous…. my device is registered however, im guessing apple is taking there time adding the devices..
