There are already plenty of Cydia tweaks available that allow you customize the “Slide to Unlock” text and option on your iOS devices. No doubts, many of you are as well bored with traditional “slide to unlock” animation and text settings, and therefore, jailbreak developers are betting their time on developing such tweaks.
While we started this week with releases of awesome jailbreak tweaks likes Controllers for All, we saw an upcoming extension goes available in Cydia that allow users dynamically change the “Slide to Unlock” text on their devices. DynamicText is a little extension, or you can say a Cydia tweak that is available to revamp your lock-screen experience.
DynamicText automatically changes the “Slide to Unlock” text to entertain the user on lock-screen user interface. It comes with a handy options menu in Settings application that allows you to customize its functionality.
The developer behind DynamicText is currently working on improving his tweak for future updates, and it is merit mentioning here that it also does not support ARM64 devices. If you are an iPhone 5, or older iOS device user then you can run it on your device.
As you can see above in the image, DynamicText simply replaces the text with “Morning, Hamza!” on my iPhone 5 lock-screen. The tweak works with your iOS device timezone settings. It can be also changed to “Evening, Hamza!” at the beginning of the evening at my end.
