While Apple computers are quite famous for the fact that they do not tend to break easily, Apple still has excellent customer support when it comes down to fixing any issues with Macs, in areas from all around the world.
An organization who has been doing customer support rankings for a couple of years has just released a new report, in which they have polled more than 3,200 computer owners throughout the United States, most of which have said that they were incredibly satisfied with the customer support that they have received whenever they had any type of trouble with their Apple computers. This is also quite surprising considering the fact that other companies have also scored fairly well, but Apple seems to be much higher towards the top of the list, which is honestly great publicity for the Cupertino-based company.
This has made Apple’s Genius bar score the highest, which is a great plus for the company, considering the fact that they are now getting involved into a couple of projects and need as much marketing and positive feedback as possible.
